Speak to Earn (Speak2Earn, or S2E) is a unique token reward mechanism designed to reward user participation within the Modak community. Speak2Earn acknowledges contributions regarding conversations and engagement.

How Speak2Earn Works

Earn while Talking: The Speak2Earn model rewards users' conversations with video or audio. This incentive system creates an environment where users feel comfortable sharing knowledge and information and get rewarded for doing so.

Reward Types

There are three types of rewards: Meeting Rewards, Session Rewards, and Meetup Rewards. You can earn them by participating in the following activities:

• Meeting Rewards: Joining a meeting room, or event, and talking to others. Rewards = Time spent talking (seconds) * (daily reward cap / daily time consumption cap)

• Session Rewards: Creating a lecture, webinar, or group talk, and delivering lectures or presentations to others.

• Meetup Rewards: Hosting a virtual event and encouraging and facilitating the various participation activities of the event.

Each reward system is designed and tailored for different purposes and needs of users at Modak to engage and participate in the community.
